Chuck Erickson

Chuck has been working with College Connectors since 2015 and works with students from Wisconsin, Minnesota, and across the United States.


He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, his Bachelor of Music in Choral/General Music Education from Lawrence University, and his Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with a focus on Higher Education/Student Affairs from Iowa State University. As a university staff member, Chuck read over 20,000 applications, interviewed over 3,000 students, and visited over 300 high schools nationwide. After working for 13 years in Admissions and Student Affairs, Chuck wanted to help students and families navigate the college search and application process with a holistic and individualized approach. He loves to present on finding the right college fit, understanding the fine and performing arts application process, playing hockey in college, helping students with learning challenges, and navigating the college search process as an LGBTQAI+ student or family. He has also served as a volunteer faculty member with College Horizons.


Chuck works with all types of learners, but most of his students have some kind of learning challenge, are high school athletes, or are involved in the fine and performing arts. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for College Admissions Counseling (WACAC), the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).
